- Member means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- Profile means a unit of information registered for analysis, including a person’s name, date and time of birth, and gender.
- Egg means the in-Service currency used to access paid content. Eggs are classified as Paid Eggs or Bonus Eggs.
- Paid Eggs are obtained through payment and may be eligible for refunds under the refund policy.
- Bonus Eggs are provided free of charge through registration benefits, referrals, events, or other programs and are not refundable.
- Content means analysis results, fortune information, and other information provided through the Service and generated using generative AI.
- Payment means payment made through PortOne to purchase Eggs for paid Service features.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of These Terms)
- These Terms take effect when posted in the Service.
- The Company may amend them to the extent permitted by applicable law. It will announce the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days in advance for changes materially adverse to Members.
- A Member who does not agree may stop using the Service and close their account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires separate consent.
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law and Company policies.
Article 4 (Provision of the Service)
- The Company provides Four Pillars analysis, yearly, monthly and daily fortunes, compatibility analysis, themed fortunes such as love and finance, and services later developed or provided through partners.
- The Service is generally available at all times but may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, outages, or AI errors. The Company is not liable for resulting losses unless caused by its willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- The Company will give at least 30 days’ notice before discontinuing all or a material part of the Service for business reasons.
Article 5 (Purchasing and Using Eggs)
- Eggs are the currency used for paid content. Current prices are shown on the checkout screen.
- Eggs may be purchased or granted through Company promotions.
| Pack | Price | Paid Eggs |
|---|---|---|
| Mini Pack | $1.50 | 15 |
| Starter Pack | $3 | 33 |
| Standard Pack | $6 | 72 |
| Full Pack | $10 | 130 |
- 7 Bonus Eggs are granted on initial registration.
- Additional Eggs may be granted through designated events and promotions.
- Eggs are account-based and shared by all profiles registered to the account.
- Bonus Eggs are consumed before Paid Eggs.
- If multiple packs are purchased, Eggs from the earliest purchase are consumed first.
- Eggs expire one year after purchase or grant. The Company will notify Members 30 days before expiration. Eggs with the earliest expiry are consumed first, and expired Eggs cannot be restored or refunded.
- Remaining Eggs also expire when the account is closed or deleted. If the Service closes, unused and unexpired Paid Eggs may be submitted for refund under Article 8.
- Eligible content and the number of Eggs required may change with advance notice.
- A single Paid Egg purchase may not exceed KRW 100,000 or its stated equivalent.
- Eggs cannot be transferred to another account.
Article 6 (Payment)
- Payments are generally processed through PortOne. Available methods may include credit and debit cards, local easy-payment methods, international Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, PayPal, and methods separately announced by the Company.
- For international payments, card-network exchange rates and processor or issuer fees may cause the charged amount to differ from the displayed amount.
- Fees and payment conditions are those shown at checkout.
- Members are responsible for the accuracy of payment information they submit.
Article 7 (Payments by Minors)
- A Member under 19 must obtain consent from a legal representative before purchasing Eggs, unless applicable law provides a different age threshold.
- The minor or legal representative may cancel an agreement made without required consent. Cancellation may be restricted if the minor misrepresented their age or used an adult’s payment information without authorization.
Article 8 (Refund Policy)
- If none of the Paid Eggs granted by a purchase have been used, the Member may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
- Once any Paid Egg from that purchase has been used, withdrawal and refund are restricted because the applicable digital content can be copied or consumed. Members are asked to confirm this before accessing content.
- Bonus Eggs are not refundable.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the accuracy, outcome, or perceived value of AI entertainment content is not a basis for refund.
- A full refund may be requested if Eggs were not granted due to a system error, an amount different from the displayed price was charged, a duplicate payment occurred, or the goods or service materially differed from the description. A claim under the last case must be made within 30 days after discovery and within 3 months after payment.
- Refunds are generally made to the original payment method within 3 business days after the refund obligation arises.
- Requests are accepted through the refund-request menu in the Service.
- Unless attributable to the Company, exchange-rate differences and international refund fees are borne by the Member.
- Nothing in this Article limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
Article 9 (Nature of the Service and AI Content)
- The Service provides entertainment content based on Four Pillars, traditional fortune analysis, and generative AI. It is not scientific, medical, legal, or financial advice.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or predictive success of AI-generated content.
- The Company is not liable for losses caused by AI output unless due to its willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- Free and paid features may use different algorithms or AI engines and may produce different results.

This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Article 15 (Termination and Restrictions)
